Effect of Potassium on Growth, Yield, Quality and Economics of Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.)

The present investigation was carried out at Research farm of Abhilashi University, Chail Chowk, Mandi during Rabi season 2022 to evaluate the effect potassium on growth and yield potato. experiment laid down in randomized block design consisting eight treatments which one is control others are combination with three replications. There significant found under various terms plant height, number haulms haulm diameter crop stages fresh dry weight plants, marketable harvest index specific gravity matter content tubers. maximum tuber obtained split application (basal + foliar spray) potassium. findings revealed that parameters were significantly influenced by different levels.
